Where in China?

Tao currently lives in Liaoning Province. Dalian is the city where his orphanage is located and because it is such a large and beautiful city it is usually talked of by itself, no province necessary.
Tao, however, is not in Dalian right now because he attends a boarding school for orphans in another city. John will, as usual, also travel to Guangzhou to the embassy before returning home.
